Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

A. Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For contracts involving the delivery of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

For contracts involving the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

For contracts involving the delivery of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts involving the supply of digital content if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, you have acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium including the above-mentioned conditions regarding the early expiry of the right of withdrawal.

General Information on Returning Goods

  1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use suitable protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with appropriate packaging.

  2. Please do not return goods freight collect.

  3. Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for effectively exercising your right of withdrawal.
