• Shipping of Digital Products

After purchasing an embroidery file, you will receive an email with the download link.

The fastest delivery is available with direct payment methods (e.g. Visa).

The delivery time of the email may vary and is handled by Shopify.

If you have not received an email yet, please also check your spam or promotions folder.

• Shipping of Physical Products  --> currently just in Germany!

Physical products are shipped within 3–5 days after the order and are sent via Deutsche Post/DHL.
